Pricing

Every one-time order is priced off the quantity actually delivered, not the quantity requested — if a search underfills, the customer is only charged for what they received, at that quantity's tier. Standard lists pull from a curated, admin-maintained state pool with no equipment filter. Custom lists let the customer choose states, equipment types, and authority-age range themselves, and cost more per lead to reflect that targeting.

The active Standard preset draws from a curated, admin-maintained pool of states, with authority granted 90–365 days ago.

A subscription is $50.00/month for a fixed allotment of 200 leads ($0.25/lead effective), usable across Standard or Custom searches. Unused leads do not roll over — the allotment resets each billing period and anything left unused is lost at period end.

If a subscriber uses their full monthly allotment before the period ends, they aren't cut off — additional leads are billed as overage at a discounted rate below the standard pay-as-you-go price, using the same tier (by quantity) and the same Standard-vs-Custom split as the list they ordered:

Overage is only charged for leads actually delivered beyond the remaining allotment, and only that portion — the part covered by the allotment is always $0. Canceling reverts the account to pay-as-you-go pricing at the end of the current billing period; there is no partial refund of unused allotment.
