What can I search for?
You choose the states (or search nationwide), the equipment type (dry van, reefer, flatbed, box truck, and others), and a first-grant authority-age window — for example, carriers whose authority was granted 30 to 90 days ago. Every result already has active interstate common authority, is a property carrier, and has insurance on file; passenger, household-goods, private, broker, and towing operations are filtered out.
What's in the exported list?
Once you unlock a list, it exports as CSV or XLSX with DOT and MC numbers, authority age, equipment type, company officer names, full mailing address, and phone/email where FMCSA has them on file. Before you unlock, the preview shows state, equipment type, and a 30-day authority-age range only — no contact details.
